General rules that it must observe:
- No touching itself in a sexual way (this includes accidental touches that it finds arousing).
- No cumming.
- It must share its Apple Health profile for ongoing monitoring.

Sleep
- Bedtime 10 pm.

- If it is struggling to sleep after 30 mins, it must do some more recreational reading until it feels tired (it may suggest other activities it could do in this scenario to help with sleep).
- Wake up between 6-7am.
- Trial melatonin to see if it will help with its sleep quality.
Morning routine
- Take meds as soon as it wakes up.
- Get out of bed immediately.
- Exercise for min 30 mins (walk or jog) straight after getting out of bed.
- After exercise eat simple breakfast.
- Shower and wear fresh clothes.
Food
- It must eat a minimum of 2 times a day (breakfast and dinner).
- It must not eat any food after 7pm.
- It must not consume refined / processed sugar.
- It must not consume highly processed foods.
Exercise
- It must exercise first thing every morning for a minimum of 30 mins (walking or jogging).
- It must walk for a minimum of 30 mins at some point between 11am – 1pm to break the day up unless its engaged in high importance/ emergency works tasks.
